One van is good, but two vans are better. Ann and I took a one-night trip in our two vans to Alexandra, where we stayed in the showground camping area. On the way we lunched at Yea and visited the Cheviot Tunnel.
On the second day we visited the Eildon Dam before returning to Hurstbridge.

Now things were working OK for one occupant, how about two? We travelled from Canberra to northern Melbourne with three stops along the way. With the extra storage under the bed the van just worked with two people, but there was no extra space! I started looking forward to getting a proper fit-out. Night 1: Stanton's Bend, near Rutherglen, is a free sight on the edge of the Murray River. No facilities, but lots of vinyards to visit around Rutherglen. Night 2: Echuca town centre, where we parked on a powered site at the NRMA Echuca Holiday Park, a short walk from the historic port. Night 3: In the car park beside MacKenzie's Flat Picnic Area in Lerderderg State Park.
