I stayed at the Governor's Hill Carapark once before. About two years ago, when all I really wanted was to pull off the road. This time I needed some space. I had so much "stuff" in Bertha that needed pulling out and repacking and I wanted something secure. I missed the model railway last time I was there. I had time this morning to visit the Regional Gallery and walk a loop around town. I managed two culinary firsts this month. One was keeping stew and rice separate in the slow cooker: a drinking class contained the rice perfectly and produced just enough for one serve. The other was gluten-free damper in the slow cooker.
